Is there really no monthly fee?
Really. Free has no monthly fee and no monthly minimum — you pay per label from a prepaid wallet, with up to 50 shipments per month included. Pro is an optional flat monthly plan for unlimited volume and cheaper label rates.
What's the catch on the Free plan?
The cap: Free includes up to 50 shipments per month. If you ship more than that, Pro removes the cap and lowers your per-label pricing for one flat monthly fee.
How does pay-per-label work?
You fund a prepaid balance, then buy labels from that balance. That keeps checkout fast and supports crypto alongside cards and alternative payment methods.
What happens in months I don't ship?
Nothing. No fee, no minimum, no 'inactive account' charge. Your wallet balance just sits there until your next label.
Which carriers can I use without a subscription?
All of them: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL quoted live with all-in pricing, plus an international network including Royal Mail, Canada Post, Aramex, Asendia, ePost Global, Passport, and TNT.
